物化性质:无色至白色片状晶体或白色结晶粉末,略有特殊气味和苦味,约于283℃熔化并分解。溶于水2.978/100ml,难溶于乙醇、稀无机酸和碱性溶液。在受热、光照、空气中稳定。与葡萄糖一起加热则着色。碱性下不稳定。

用途:L-苯丙氨酸是人和动物必需的八种氨基酸之一。是合成阿斯巴甜的主要原料。主要用于医药保健品、食品添加剂等领域。也可作为营养增补剂。精制药典级L-苯丙氨酸用于配制复合氨基酸输液.
